African scrambled eggs

(4 Persons)

1 tsp margarine
7-8 eggs
2-3 medium onions finely sliced
2 long leeks finely sliced
4-5 medium tomatoes sliced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp curry

Take a saucepan and melt the margarine. Put the onions into the saucepan and fry them, stir them once in a while until they get golden brown. Add the leeks, tomatoes and salt. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat it. When the vegetables are soft, you add the beaten eggs. Stir it once in a while, so that it doesn't get burnt. Cook it until the eggs are done. You can add a little bit of shito over the scrambled eggs, if you really want it to be very hot.
Serve With White or black bread.
